Qualifying U.S. orders of $68 or more after applicable discounts may qualify for free standard shipping, subject to the conditions stated in our Shipping Policy.

Large or special-handling wooden toys may be subject to additional shipping charges where disclosed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, and missing-component requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible returns may generally be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products should generally be complete and in substantially original condition, including all applicable pieces, accessories, hardware, and components.

Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect assembly, or handling beyond reasonable inspection may not qualify for a full refund where permitted by law.
